In 2011, a gas turbine station was launched at the Igolsko-Talovoye field with a capacity of 24 MW. In April 2013, the volume of accumulated gas production of JSC Tomskneft VNK exceeded 50 billion cubic meters.

2015 was marked by the production of the milestone 500 millionth ton of oil since the start of the operation. Over almost 50 years of operation, the company had gone from a small oilfield administration to a large regional oil and gas company. At the end of 2018, Tomskneft's operating well stock consisted of more than 3,000 wells. A total of 1,321,075 metres of rock was drilled between 2016 and 2018.  Multistage hydraulic fracturing technology became even more common in horizontal wells. Although oil production in the Tomsk region has been going on for more than 50 years, experts of JSC Tomskneft VNK continue to discover new fields and support the raw material base. In 2016, the Volkovskoye and Alenkinskoye fields were put into pilot production. Geologists discovered three new deposits at Vakha and one at Gerasimovsky.  2017 - the Melimovskoye field was discovered. The Vakhskoye and Katylginskoye reserves were replenished by discovering new oil deposits. In 2018, the Vostochno-Talovoye field was discovered, and hard-to-recover reserves of the Trigorodsko-Kondakovsky field were put into commercial operation. A new deposit was discovered in the Severnoye (Northern). The Krapivinskoye field hard-to-recover reserves were approved and recorded.
